Job Overview
At Curtis & Company LLC we are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Supervisor to lead and supervise construction projects from start to finish. This role is vital in ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As a Construction Supervisor, you will coordinate daily operations on-site, manage teams of skilled workers, and collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction site activities, ensuring work progresses according to plans, schedules, and safety standards.
• Supervise and coordinate the efforts of construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain productivity and quality.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of construction plans.
• Enforce OSHA safety regulations and conduct regular safety inspections to maintain a secure work environment.
• Conduct inspections to verify that work meets specifications, schematics, and industry standards.
• Maintain detailed records of daily progress, incidents, inspections, and material usage for reporting purposes.
• Lead problem-solving efforts on-site by addressing issues promptly to minimize delays or rework.

Skills

• Extensive experience in construction site supervision with proven management skills in fast-paced environments.
• Strong knowledge of construction management principles
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols specific to residential or commercial construction projects.
• Excellent leadership qualities with supervising experience in diverse construction teams.
