Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and laundromat customers, providing support and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in cash drawer balancing and computer applications. Multilingual abilities and bilingual fluency in English and other languages are highly valued. This position offers an opportunity to develop your client service skills while contributing to a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy, utilizing strong phone etiquette
• Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution via phone, email, or chat
• Maintain accurate data entry and update customer records in the database
• Manage cash handling transactions accurately and able to make change.
• Provide services by addressing concerns promptly and effectively and reporting concerns to Management.
• Communicate with team members via communication logs to ensure seamless customer support.
• Promptly report customer feedback to Management.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong active listening abilities
• Cash drawer and general computer experience
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual fluency in English and another language is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
