Job Title: Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent
Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent with 1–2 years of experience to join our fast-paced, dynamic team. The ideal candidate is an excellent multi-tasker, delivers outstanding customer service, and is proficient with Microsoft applications. This role involves assisting clients with their insurance needs, managing policy inquiries, and providing solutions that support both customer satisfaction and company goals.
Work Schedule:
- Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with selecting and understanding Property & Casualty insurance products.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and accuracy.
- Process policy changes, renewals, payments, and documentation in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed and organized records within agency management systems.
- Handle multiple tasks and client requests efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) to prepare documents, track information, and communicate effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
- Stay informed on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to meet department goals and deliver a positive customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
- 1–2 years of experience in a P&C insurance role or similar environment.
- Strong multitasking abilities and comfort working under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
