Duties
- Prepare and process title documents for automobiles
- Conduct thorough research to verify property ownership and resolve any discrepancies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting clients with title-related issues.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of title processing procedures and requirements. We will teach.
- Excellent research skills with attention to detail.
- Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in related fields is a plus.
