What You'll Do
Professionally greet customers and provide an exceptional experience
Listen to customer concerns and document vehicle needs
Perform vehicle walk-arounds
Present maintenance and repair recommendations
Communicate technician inspection results clearly and confidently
Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
Build long-term customer relationships
Work closely with technicians and management
