Position Overview
As a Termite Technician, you will inspect, treat, and protect residential and commercial properties from termites and termite damage. This is a hands-on, field-based position that combines problem-solving, customer service, and skilled trade work.
Responsibilities
- Perform termite inspections and termite treatments
- Identify signs of termite activity and assess structural risk
- Apply professional termite control solutions
- Use hand and power tools as part of treatment procedures
- Educate customers on findings and recommended solutions
- Complete service documentation and maintain accurate records
- Drive company vehicle to service locations
- Follow safety and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in crawlspaces and tight areas
- Able to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Customer service mindset
