Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Handle custodial duties including waste disposal and replenishing supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred, particularly in hotel or hospitality settings.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
