- Recruitment and Onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and conduct candidate sourcing
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training
- Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns
- Assist in resolving employee issues and promoting a positive work culture
- Performance Management
- Support the performance appraisal process by providing guidance and resources to managers
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans
- Training and Development
- Identify training needs and assist with the development and delivery of training programs
- Promote ongoing employee development and career growth initiatives
- Policy Implementation
- Assist in the development, communication, and enforcement of HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in HR operations
- HR Administration
- Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately
- Prepare reports and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making
Minimum Qualification Standards:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field and a minimum of 3 years of HR experience is required
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations, and experience in employee relations is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
