Day in the life of a Warranty Administrator Assistant
- Process warranty claims and ensure accurate and timely submission
- Review warranty policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to gather necessary documentation for warranty claims
- Maintain warranty records and documentation in an organized manner
- Communicate with customers regarding warranty claims status and updates
- Assist in resolving any warranty-related issues or disputes
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide warranty information to customers
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Proficient in using computer software and systems for data entry and record keeping
- Knowledge of warranty policies and procedures is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
