What You’ll Do
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle from defining role requirements and building sourcing pipelines, managing candidate experience and closing offers.
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership and managers on all people-related matters, including performance, team structure, and growth.
- Own and lead the performance management process—including reviews, feedback cycles, and ongoing coaching frameworks.
- Build scalable HR policies, processes, and systems that support a fast-growing, creator-first business.
- Drive initiatives that strengthen company culture, engagement, and retention in a high-performance environment.
- Partner with leadership on organizational design and hiring strategy to ensure we’re building high-impact teams.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices across all HR functions.
- Own and optimize HR tools and systems (HRIS, documentation, workflows) to support operational excellence.
- 4 years in HR, People & Culture, or Employee Relations—ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth or agency environment.
- Ability to navigate sensitive situations with discretion, fairness, and confidence.
- You understand that HR is a strategic driver of performance and growth.
- Highly organized with the ability to build processes from scratch and scale them effectively.
- Clear, direct, and empathetic in conversations that matter most.
- Passionate about creating an environment where high performers thrive
- Familiarity with the creator economy, talent agencies, or digital media environments.
