Are you an experienced telecommunications professional looking to step away from constant travel but still play a critical role in delivering successful wireless projects?

Current Wireless Solutions (CWS) is seeking a Warehouse Manager with a strong telecommunications background to lead our Charlotte warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone who has spent years in the field, understands how wireless construction projects operate, and is ready for a more predictable Monday–Friday schedule while remaining at the heart of project execution.

This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, with permanent employment offered based on continued workload, business needs, and individual performance.

This is not a traditional warehouse position. We need someone who understands the urgency of wireless deployments, can anticipate the needs of construction crews, and ensure every project leaves the warehouse correctly staged, organized, and ready for execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise two Warehouse Operatives.
• Stage materials and equipment for multiple active wireless construction projects.
• Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
• Process RMAs, warranty returns, and defective equipment.
• Receive, inspect, and organize inbound deliveries.
• Prepare outbound shipments for field crews across the Carolinas and surrounding markets.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and efficiency.
• Oversee company fleet assets, including scheduling vehicle servicing, inspections, registrations, and ensuring vehicles remain project-ready.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Construction Managers, Procurement, and Operations to ensure projects remain on schedule.
• Identify inventory shortages before they impact construction schedules.
• Ensure field personnel have the tools, PPE, safety equipment, and consumables required to execute work safely.
• Continuously improve warehouse processes, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Required Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of telecommunications industry experience.
• Previous experience working in wireless construction, integration, or field operations.
• Strong understanding of T-Mobile (TMO) construction processes and standards.
• Experience using SiteHound.
• Thorough knowledge of wireless site materials, radios, antennas, cabling, hardware, and construction equipment.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Warehouse Manager or Warehouse Lead experience.
• Experience supporting Ericsson, T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, or other major wireless carriers.
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience with inventory control systems and asset management.
