Front Desk - Physical Therapy

Current Physical Therapy was established in 2017 in Fruitland, Idaho. Since then, we have added 5 more locations in the Treasure Valley. We are a locally owned, growing outpatient organization with six locations. Here at Current, our goal is to provide unmatched patient care, and this starts with our clinical team.

A great candidate for this job will be reliable and able to take on several unique tasks. Our Front Desk Team Members are essential to our success as a company, and we value them greatly. We would like for candidates to be able to work well in a group setting, able to prioritize the well-being of our patients, and also be independently driven to find areas in which you and the team are able to improve.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinating the day-to-day schedules and operations of treatment staff

- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and maintaining patient records

- Working with external stakeholders, including medical professionals, legal representatives, and insurance companies

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred

- Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation

- Ability to transcribe medical information accurately

- Proficient typing skills

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
