What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manufacturing Accountant position at Current Openings?
Day-to-day duties:
- Maintain general ledger
- Provide account reconciliation and business analysis as required
- Prepare monthly reports and analyses for the division and corporate
- Ensure inventory is properly costed and analyzed
- Maintain property systems records
- Ensure all cost and other accounting systems meet corporate guidelines
- Maintain the highest degree of customer service, throughput, quality, cost reduction, and people productivity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance plus 3 years experience in accounting or finance in a multi-site Industrial/manufacturing environment.
- CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred
