This year Current Home is expanding even more and we are excited to add a new Contact Center Representative. This position is full-time with working remote and some office time.


As a part of the Current Home team, you will become part of our tight-knit organization of industry professionals, many of whom have been working together for 10 years. You will also be encouraged to collaborate with managers, operations, and high-level executive members, in order to achieve not only company goals, but your personal career goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Inbound and Outbound telemarketing; Set and Confirm Appointments; Provide over the phone customer service while marketing our product with the goal of obtaining a time and date for a sales rep to go out and meet with potential clients face to face
  • You will act as a connection with Sales, Marketing and Operations. They must have a high attention to detail and be resilient when faced with challenges and setbacks.
  • Your goal will be to ensure exceptional service standards and sustain high customer satisfaction. We ask all new employees to be flexible and approach each new opportunity with a go-getter attitude.


Requirements:

  • Must be computer literate
  • Must have reliable internet; Adequate home office/workspace;
  • Must be able to detach from personal life for 8 hrs a day / 40 hrs a week while WFH
  • Ability to display patience, empathy, and strong listening skills while ensuring customer needs are fulfilled in a timely and satisfactory fashion
  • Strong de-escalation skills
  • Ability and willingness to learn and adapt quickly to rapidly evolving business processes
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers
  • Handle high amounts of incoming and outgoing calls
