We're looking for a Design & Sales Expert who has an eye for design, loves working with people, and is passionate about creating beautiful spaces. This is more than a retail sales position—it's an opportunity to become a trusted design resource for our clients while helping them style their homes, tables, and everyday living.

What You'll Do

• Create an inspiring shopping experience that turns customers into lifelong clients.
• Help clients style bookshelves, coffee tables, consoles, dining rooms, and entertaining spaces.
• Recommend luxury tabletop and decorative accessories, gifts, and home décor that reflect each client's personal style.
• Assist customers with layering accessories, and finishing touches that bring a space together.
• Develop lasting relationships through exceptional service, client outreach, and follow-up.
• Stay current on design trends, entertaining, seasonal decorating, and luxury home brands.
• Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards throughout the store.
• Drive sales by confidently recommending complete solutions—not just individual products.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in luxury retail, home décor, interior design, visual merchandising, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong styling ability with home accessories, tabletop or decorative accents.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with clienteling or luxury sales is a plus.
• Interior design education or styling experience is welcomed but not required.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
