The Role
We’re seeking a motivated, energetic Event Team Member to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being on the go, working directly with people, and playing an active role in making every event run smoothly.
You’ll help with the setup, coordination, and execution of live events, retail promotions, and community activations across the Dayton area. Every day is different—and that’s what makes it exciting.
What You’ll Do
- Support event setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination
- Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service throughout events
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing event logistics
- Communicate with venues, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution
- Help manage event supplies, inventory, and promotional materials
- Provide feedback and ideas to improve future events and guest experiences
- Represent our brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
- Collaborate with the marketing and retail teams to align event goals with company objectives
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varying hours depending on event schedules
- Prior experience in events, retail, hospitality, or customer service (preferred, not required)
