Our Electrical Technicians work under the guidance of a Journeyman Electrician and are responsible for electrical installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks. Compensation
- Competitive Merit-Based Wage
- Overtime pay
- Travel to customer premises to install, maintain, and provide basic troubleshooting of electrical and specialty systems
- Install and bend conduit using manual, mechanical, and hydraulic benders
- Perform wire and cable pulls
- Assist with material handling duties on the jobsite
- Provide technical assistance to other electricians, as needed
- Maintain compliance with company policies
- Clean and maintain tools, test equipment, and jobsite
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
- Enforce a safe jobsite and maintain compliance with all OSHA, company, and customer-specific safety requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technicians will be encouraged to complete an electrical apprentice program
- Appropriate skills of a first-year apprentice, including strong math and communication skills
- Knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC)
- Experience working with tools or machines is a big plus
