What are the responsibilities and job description for the Level 3/4 Central Office DC Power Installer position at Current Communications?
Level 3 and Level 4 Lead DC power installers need to work in the NYC, Long Island, Westchester. Candidate must be self motivated, problem solver, must work well within a team demonstrating leadership abilities and capable of leading installers through all phases of a DC power system.
Candidate must be capable and Experienced of:
- Installing Rectifiers, Batteries, Power Boards, BDFB, and other power components.
- Write MOPs and Dmops. Satisfactory writing communications
- Capable of reading and marking drawings and specs
- Perform Hot transitions and power cuts
- Alarm/Relay wiring and trouble shooting
- Survey jobs for layout
- Interacting with customers
- Familiar with GR 1275 installation standards
- Capable of adapting to changing environments
- Experience with Lineage and Emerson Power Systems
MUST BE CAPABLE OF PERFORMING CONTROLLER REPLACEMENT, UPGRADES, and PROGRAMING.
