What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chiropractic Assistant position at Current Chiropractic?
Position Overview:
As a Chiropractic Assistant (CA), you'll be the heart of the patient experience. You'll greet patients, assist with therapies, manage scheduling, and keep the flow of the office running smoothly. This role blends customer service, light clinical assistance, and administrative tasks. No chiropractic experience is required. Just a great attitude and a willingness to learn.
What You’ll Do:
-Welcome patients with a friendly face and kind presence
-Assist in helping patients understand different office therapies
-Manage patient scheduling and follow up communications
-Call patients and leads to confirm appointments and support follow through
-Comfortably speak on the phone with new and existing patients
-Engage with our online community through social media posts, comments, and messages
-Maintain a clean, calming, and efficient office environment
-Support the doctors in making each patient feel seen, supported, and cared for
-Promote wellness events, seasonal giveaways, and patient engagement efforts
-Opportunities available for additional hours through community outreach and marketing events
What We’re Looking For:
A people person who’s upbeat, proactive, and a great communicator
Organized, detail oriented, and confident juggling multiple responsibilities
Comfortable with computers, scheduling software, and basic tech tools
Confident on the phone and happy to follow up with leads and patients
Comfortable using social media such as Instagram and Facebook
Someone who believes in holistic health and enjoys helping others feel their best
Bilingual (Spanish) would be a huge plus but not required
Hours:
Monday through Thursday: 9am to 1pm and 3pm to 6pm
Fridays off
