Duties
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and enthusiasm, providing prompt assistance and solutions.
- Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels including phone or email maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Support clients by resolving issues related to billing, account management, product information, and service requests with clarity and patience.
- Assist with sales opportunities by identifying client needs and promoting relevant products or services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues resolved, and follow-up actions taken to ensure continuous quality improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and deliver seamless client services across all touchpoints.
- Demonstrate strong computer skills using Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software tools to support daily operations.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills by actively listening to customers’ needs and providing clear, concise information.
- Engage in outbound calling campaigns as needed to follow up on inquiries or promote new offerings.
Experience
- Previous experience in a call center or customer support environment is highly preferred.
- Proven skills in sales techniques and client services enable you to identify opportunities for upselling while maintaining genuine care for customer needs.
- Strong analysis skills allow you to assess situations quickly and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary.
- Experience with data entry tasks demonstrates your ability to handle detailed information accurately under pressure.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel supports efficient documentation and reporting tasks.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
