The Role
We’re seeking an Account Manager to work out of our Currencies Direct office in downtown Orlando. We are seeking a native Portuguese speaker. In this role you will manage our clients’ currency transfer needs through telephone and online support. You will be responsible for the full client lifecycle-
What you’ll be doing
- Achieve sales targets with defined KPI’s
- Follow up on customer inquiries and assist with registration and FX transfers, specifically for Brazilian and Portuguese speaking clients
- Nurture relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business
- Maintain a customer database and schedule sales activities
- Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with sales policies
- Participate in sales evens and ongoing training
What we’re looking for
- Fluent in Portuguese to effectively assist Brazilian clients.
- Experience in telephone-based sales and familiarity with FX markets.
- Proven sales success and self-motivation.
- Strong organizational, communication, and IT skills.
- Customer-focused with experience using CRM systems.
- Willingness to work EST hours.
