A growing commercial construction firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for overall project execution, financial performance, schedule control, and client satisfaction. The Project Manager serves as the central point of coordination between internal teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.

What You’ll Do
- Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction planning through final turnover
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Facilitate project meetings, including owner updates and internal reviews
- Review and approve pay applications, change orders, and cost forecasts
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
- Identify risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies
- Partner closely with field leadership to ensure jobsite alignment and execution
- Manage project closeout activities to ensure timely completion and client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of experience managing commercial construction projects
- Experience working for a general contractor
- Strong understanding of construction documents, schedules, and cost controls
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with construction/project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, CMiC, or similar)
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive accountability
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong client-facing and leadership presence
Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
