You will be the face of our firm, setting a warm, professional tone the moment they walk through our doors.
What You’ll Bring:

- Hospitality Experience: 1 years in hotel guest services, resort concierge, high-end restaurant hosting, or event services.
What You’ll Do:
- Create Exceptional Experiences: Greet clients warmly the moment they arrive, deliver luxury-level hospitality, and ensure their visit exceeds expectations.
- Concierge Support: Create a flawless, welcoming atmosphere in our front lobby. Organize the coffee station, prepare conference rooms and ensure our office is pristine and inviting.
- Coordinate Details: Manage visit calendars, mail delivery, office supplies and support our client events.
- Manage Communications: Confirm visits and route incoming calls with warmth and efficiency.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Compensation: Salary range of $50,000 - $55,000 based on experience.
