About the Role
Are you a precision-driven tinkerer with a knack for high-tech assembly? We are looking for an X-Ray Manufacturing Technician to join our production team. In this role, you won’t just be turning screws; you’ll be building precision X-Ray sources used in PCB and Battery inspection.
You’ll work in a controlled environment, handling everything from delicate high-voltage components to robust mechanical housings. If you have a steady hand, a sharp eye for detail, and a "safety first" mindset, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Precision Assembly: Assemble, wire, and integrate complex electro-mechanical sub-assemblies for X-ray Sources and tubes.
- Technical Testing: Conduct rigorous quality and performance testing on finished units to ensure they meet industrial standards.
- Calibration: Utilize specialized software and hardware to calibrate X-Ray focus and stability
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve mechanical or electrical "hiccups" during the build process.
What You’ll Need (Qualifications)
- Experience: 2 years of experience in assembly, ideally within the medical device, aerospace, or semiconductor industries.
- Technical Skills:
- Good hand eye coordination, ability to use hand tools, and mechanical aptitude.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and system calibration.
- Proficiency with soldering irons, and multimeters is a plus
- Soft Skills: A "measure twice, cut once" attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Physical Requirements & Environment
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs occasionally.
- Comfortable standing for long periods.
