Duties
- Supervise staff members, including , training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and efficient team
- Oversee day-to-day operations at the restaurant, including shift management, guest services, and operational workflows
- Handle cash management, deposits and cash registers
- Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and enhancing overall guest satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations by implementing first aid protoc, and operational safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in event management or hospitality roles with demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Previous supervisory or supervising experience in a fast-paced environment such as restaurant expirence
- Strong management skills with the ability to make effective managerial decisions quickly and confidently
- Excellent team management skills with a focus on staff supervision and development
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest services and satisfaction
- Knowledge of health & safety protocols such as first aid and CPR certifications preferred but not required
- Previous assistant manager experience or similar managerial roles is advantageous
