Wound Care Representative

Jacksonville, FL | $90,000–$115,000 Base Salary Commission

Love wound care but ready for more independence, variety, and opportunity? Curitec is looking for an experienced Wound Care Representative to join our team in the Jacksonville, Florida market.

This is not your typical clinical role. You’ll combine your wound care expertise with relationship-building, education, account management, and business development while working directly with long-term care communities throughout your territory.

No hospital walls. No weekends. No holidays. And definitely no two days that look exactly the same.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with nurses, providers, administrators, and facility leadership

• Serve as a trusted wound care resource for our long-term care partners

• Educate facility staff on wound care best practices and appropriate product selection

• Service and grow existing Curitec accounts

• Develop new business and introduce Curitec services to prospective facility partners

• Support accurate and timely documentation, orders, and Medicare Part B requirements

• Travel throughout your assigned territory to support facilities and patients

• Active PT, PTA, RN, LVN, or LPN license

• Minimum of 2 years of wound care experience

• Wound care certification strongly preferred

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

• Comfortable educating and building relationships with clinical and administrative teams

• Organized, self-motivated, and able to independently manage a territory

• Comfortable with technology and learning multiple clinical and business platforms

• Willing and able to travel throughout the Jacksonville market and surrounding territory

• Base salary: $90,000–$115,000

  • Final salary within the posted range will be based on the candidate’s education, relevant experience, and wound care certification status

• Commission opportunity in addition to base salary
