Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and licensed Chiropractor to join our team in a subluxation-based, multi-disciplinary environment. In this role, you will collaborate with experienced chiropractors, as well as therapists and other holistic providers, to deliver exceptional care to clients. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting new patient exams, re-exams, report findings, and performing adjustments, with a focus on holistic, patient-centered care.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive consultations with patients to understand their health history and goals.
- Perform general, neurological, and orthopedic assessments, including diagnostic tests such as digital x-rays, thermal scans, and postural analysis.
- Develop personalized care plans aimed at addressing spinal subluxations, improving functional health, and enhancing overall well-being.
- Deliver spinal adjustments using a variety of techniques, including but not limited to: Diversified, Omni Drop Tables, Orthospinology, and Activator methods.
- Webster Certified is preferred, but Webster trained is required.
- Recommend addition medically necessary treatments such as spinal decompression, active rehab, and other modalities.
- Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, including sleep, exercise, and dietary habits, to support a comprehensive healing process.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care notes and collaborate with billing and collections teams as needed.
- Actively participate in in-clinic, digital, and external marketing initiatives to promote practice growth.
- Adhere to professional codes of conduct and uphold the values of holistic and patient-centered care.

Qualifications:
- Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college.
- Licensed to practice chiropractic in practicing state.
- Strong proficiency in subluxation-based chiropractic care and diverse adjustment techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for holistic, integrative care and a collaborative mindset.
