We serve children ages 6 weeks to 5 years in a modern, nurturing, and play-based learning environment. Under new ownership, our program continues to grow and we are seeking dedicated early childhood professionals who are passionate about providing exceptional care and education while contributing to a collaborative, high-quality school community.
Position Overview
Curious Minds is seeking a Full-Time Float Teacher to join our teaching team. This position is ideal for an enthusiastic, adaptable educator who enjoys working with children across a variety of age groups. The Float Teacher plays an essential role in supporting classroom teams, maintaining consistent routines, and fostering a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain broad experience in early childhood education while building a strong foundation for professional growth. This role is full-time M-F with varying 35-40 hours a week.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Current CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain certification
- Ability to successfully complete all required background checks including the Central Background Registry
