As an Assistant Teacher, you’ll play a crucial role in fostering the social, physical, and intellectual development of the children in your care. Working alongside our dedicated lead teachers you’ll create an enriching learning environment and keep parents informed of their child’s progress.
Responsibilities:
- Inspire Learning: Design and deliver engaging and interactive learning experiences
- Ensure Well-being: Maintain compliance with licensing guidelines and uphold company standards to ensure the daily care and safety of every child.
- Foster Communication: Establish and maintain open communication channels with parents and prospective parents to ensure the success of each child.
- Create a Positive Environment: Cultivate a clean, organized, and vibrant classroom that promotes fun and learning.
Job Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Good communication skills
- Must pass state background check
