The Role
As our Salon Manager, you’ll be both a hands-on leader and a working stylist. You will:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Hair Stylists
- Set the tone for professionalism, kindness, and excellence
- Provide high-quality haircuts for children and adults of all ages and hair textures
- Build meaningful relationships with families and clients
- Support daily salon operations and ensure a smooth, positive environment
- Help create a culture where stylists feel supported, motivated, and proud of their work

Requirements
- Valid cosmetology or barber license
- Ability to perform a wide range of boys’ and girls’ haircuts (classic and current)
- Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to attend training workshops and meetings
- Comfort assisting with daily tasks such as booking, stocking, and cleaning
