The Director, Consumer Database & Engagement (Consumer Experience) will manage the leaders responsible for consumer growth and consumer experience and will drive programs that activate participation, maintain engagement, and protect the integrity of the consumer database. This role works cross-functionally with marketing, recruiting, operations, and technology teams to ensure newly acquired panelists quickly convert into active research participants.

Consumer Acquisition Strategy
- oversee consumer panel growth through digital acquisition channels
- guide paid media strategy and panel growth initiatives
- optimize cost-per-acquisition and acquisition funnel performance
- ensure acquisition campaigns align with research study demand
- ensure panelists move efficiently from registration to participation
- optimize study invitation and enrollment processes
- improve qualification speed and reduce friction in study participation
- support marketing initiatives that connect acquisition campaigns directly to relevant studies
- lead lifecycle engagement strategies to maintain active participation
- oversee email invitation programs and SMS messaging systems
- develop re-engagement initiatives for inactive panelists
- ensure a positive and responsive consumer experience across the panel lifecycle
- maintain a clean and reliable consumer database
- manage duplicate account removal and inactive user programs
- validate consumer contact information
- enforce participation and eligibility policies
- implement fraud detection and identity verification tools
- monitor suspicious participation patterns
- prevent bot networks and device farm participation
- establish policies that protect research quality and incentive integrity
- serve as business owner for consumer communication platforms
- oversee email and SMS study invitation programs
- ensure messaging compliance and governance
- partner with technology teams to improve delivery speed and system reliability

- experience working cross-functionally with marketing, technology, and operations teams
- proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
