The Role

Own and ship conversion-focused, delightful user experiences across our web apps. You’ll drive marketing experiments, analytics, and the application of AI agents (chat/voice/workflows) to improve acquisition, onboarding, and care.

What you’ll do

• Build fast, accessible UIs in TypeScript (Vue.js).
• Lead UX for growth: A/B tests, landing pages, funnels, and design system.
• Instrument product analytics (GA4/Segment), define events, and report insights.
• Prototype and integrate AI agents into user flows and internal tools.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Management and Clinical; ship end-to-end.

What you’ll bring

• 2 years of frontend experience; strong TS and modern SPA frameworks (Vue).
• Proven UX sensibility and attention to performance/accessibility.
• Hands-on with GA4/Segment, experimentation platforms, and marketing tooling.
• Experience integrating APIs; familiarity with Python/Django and AWS is a plus.
• Startup bias to action; clear communication; ownership mindset.
• NYC-based; hybrid work with our core team.
