Social Media / Marketing Specialist

Cure Med Spa is seeking an experienced Social Media / Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is motivated, friendly, creative, and experienced in social media, marketing, and digital content creation.
Responsibilities
- Create and share engaging content for internal and external audiences across social media and other communication channels
- Develop content that reflects the Cure Med Spa brand and patient experience
- Follow the company’s social media style guide
- Stay current on best practices for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and other relevant platforms
- Use AI tools effectively to support content creation, marketing, and workflow efficiency
- Work independently while collaborating with the team as needed
- Perform all work on-site at our Mystic, CT location
- Assist with additional marketing and administrative responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
- Previous social media and/or marketing experience required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
- Knowledge of social media best practices across major platforms
- Ability to create engaging, brand-appropriate content
- Comfortable using AI tools for marketing and content support
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Schedule and Compensation
- Part-time position
- 10 hours per week, with the opportunity to increase up to 20 hours per week
- On-site position in Mystic, CT
- Pay: $20.00 per hour
