Summary
Our accounts payable specialist will be responsible for day-to-day accounts payable functions. Conducting timely and accurate account reconciliation.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Review vendor Invoices for accuracy.
- Reconciling vendor statements to ensure all invoices are accounted for.
- Codes and posts accounts payable invoices.
- Cuts accounts payable checks and makes online payments weekly.
- Post credit card transactions and reconcile credit card statement.
- Performs month-end close and year-end audit tasks.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Education And Experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft applications including, but not limited to Word and Excel.
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge of Center and GP
- Ability to understand full cycle AP.
- Strong understanding of GL coding.
- Excellent organizations skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent and precise data entry skills.
- Frequently required to sit.
- Frequently required to bend, stoop, reach, and lift up 15lbs.
- Frequently required to utilize hand and finger dexterity.
- Frequently required to operate office equipment and use a keyboard.
