As a Residential Sales Manager, you'll own the sales cycle from lead to close, mentor junior reps, and play a key role in shaping our team's performance and success. You'll be closing hot, pre-qualified residential leads—no cold calling—while working within a company that rewards initiative, leadership, and results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Close pre-qualified residential leads daily - no cold calling required
  • Lead by example in the field and set the standard for the sales team
  • Mentor and develop junior sales reps
  • Help refine and improve sales processes and best practices
  • Represent the Curbing Authority brand with confidence and professionalism
  • Consistently meet or exceed performance goals

Qualifications

  • 3 years of proven sales experience in home services (e.g., landscaping, roofing, alarms, solar, pest control)
  • A strong closing rate (35-40% ) and relentless drive to succeed
  • Expert in presenting, handling objections, and closing on the spot
  • Leadership mindset - others learn just by watching you work
  • Confident, coachable, and highly competitive
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
