Welder

Location: Opelika, AL

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

We are looking for an experienced Fabricator/Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in fabrication and welding, and be able to read and interpret blueprints. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating and welding components according to customer specifications, as well as performing quality control checks on finished products. We are looking for a reliable individual who is committed to producing high-quality work in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and assemble metal components using welding and other metalworking techniques.
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and other drawings to determine the specific welding requirements.
• Perform quality control checks on welds and fabrication work.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Use hand tools to shape, cut, and join metal components.
