Curb Ryde is a locally-owned company that provides safe, comfortable non-emergency medical transport in Southern part of the state. Curb Ryde has been successfully meeting the needs of our community for more than 7 years. We support our community by providing more than 22,000 rides annually. We are a Columbia County leader in non-emergency medical transportation provider and scheduled transportation.
In our effort to meet the demand for door-to-door and curb-to-curb service, we are excited to offer to qualified individuals an opportunity to be in business for themselves but not by themselves!
Curb Ryde does all the marketing, advertising, taking of reservations and dispatching. You, the independent contractor, contract to transport passengers with high quality customer service in an immaculate vehicle that you can be proud of because you own and operate it yourself.
We operate 7 days per week from 5am – 5pm. Shifts have flexible schedules. We prefer individuals with a flexible schedule.
Ideal candidates will have a strong desire for helping others along with meeting the credentialing requirements outlined below:
· 3 Years Driving with a License
· Vehicle must be leased or owned by the independent contractor and be 7 years old or newer
· Vehicle must be a clean and comfortable, 4-door Sedan, Minivan or SUV and must have working heat and A/C
· Successfully pass a DOT vehicle inspection (Required)
· 21 years or older and authorized to work in the US
· Flexible work schedule
· Successfully pass a DOT medical exam (Required)
· Successfully pass a drug test (Required)
· Successfully pass a background check (Required)
· Possession and maintenance of all licenses and certifications required by federal, state, county and local governments
· Proof of insurance coverage in compliance with federal and/or state statutory requirements
· Must have smart cell phone (Required)
We operate six days per week from 5am – 5pm. Shifts have flexible schedules. We prefer individuals with a flexible schedule.
