Mobile automotive technician providing diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance at customer locations. Work independently from a fully equipped company van with dedicated support for scheduling, parts procurement, and technical assistance.
• Perform diagnostics and repairs at customer locations
• Communicate professionally with customers in a relationship-first capacity
• Follow scheduled service calls efficiently
• Complete accurate digital documentation
• Use technical support when facing complex diagnostics
• Represent the company professionally
• Maintain an organized van and equipment
Up to $65/hr based on experience and work type, plus use of company-provided van and tools

Must Have:
• Clean driving record and background check
• 2 years hands-on automotive repair experience
• Solid technical foundation - handle common repairs confidently
• Valid driver's license
• Professional appearance and positive demeanor
• Ability to collaborate respectfully and professionally with people of all genders, nationalities and cultural backgrounds
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated and accountable
• Know when to ask for diagnostic support
Preferred:
• ASE certifications
• Dealership or independent shop background
Full-time preferred: 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday with occasional rotating Saturday availability
Part-time considered: Minimum 30 hours/week for experienced candidates
