Role Overview
Mobile automotive technician providing diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance at customer locations. Work independently from a fully equipped company van with dedicated support for scheduling, parts procurement, and technical assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics and repairs at customer locations
- Communicate professionally with customers in a relationship-first capacity
- Follow scheduled service calls efficiently
- Complete accurate digital documentation
- Use technical support when facing complex diagnostics
- Represent the company professionally
- Maintain an organized van and equipment
Compensation & Benefits
Up to $73/hr based on experience and work type. Lead technicians average $2,000 per week ($100K annually). Plus use of a company-provided van and tools.

Requirements
We value technicians who can independently diagnose problems, communicate clearly with customers, and take pride in doing things the right way.
Must Have:
- Clean driving record and background check
- 2 years hands-on automotive repair experience
- Solid technical foundation - handle common repairs confidently
- Valid driver's license
- Professional appearance and positive demeanor
- Ability to collaborate respectfully and professionally with people of all genders, nationalities and cultural backgrounds
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and accountable
- Know when to ask for diagnostic support
Preferred:
- ASE certifications
- Dealership or independent shop background
Schedule
Full-time preferred: 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday with occasional rotating Saturday availability
Part-time considered: Minimum 30 hours/week for experienced candidates
