Practice Setting
- Employed Nocturnist physician opportunity with the region’s top healthcare organization
- Community hospital in a suburban area near Syracuse
- Supportive administration and team-based care model
Schedule
- 7-on/7-off block schedule
- All night shifts – true nocturnist role
- No call responsibilities and no required procedures
Compensation & Benefits
- $400,000 annual base salary with a $15,000 signing bonus
- $15,000 in Relocation assistance and up to $30,000 in student loan repayment
- Comprehensive benefits include health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; paid malpractice with tail coverage
- Competitive PTO package- 120 Hours of annual PTO and 60 Hours of annual CME time with CME allowance
Requirements
- H1B visa sponsorship available (not J1 eligible)
- Candidates must be Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Post-residency Hospitalist experience required- not open to 2027 graduates at this time

Salary : $400,000 - $450,000
