Our Telemedicine Physicians (MD/DO) provide evidence-based, compassionate medical advice to members of the Curative Health Plan through annual telemedicine based Baseline Visits. These visits are preventative focused and are a key touchpoint in allowing members to use their $0 deductible, $0 co-pay plan to the most benefit. This role also involves collaboration with our team of non-prescriptive Advanced Practice Professionals (APPs). Curative will assist with obtaining needed state licensure.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide Curative’s Baseline Visits to health plan members (70-90%)
- Supervise and collaborate with APPs. (10-30%)
- Provide medical guidance to APP’s as needed
- Contribute the development of a pleasant, constructive workplace.
- Secure and maintain multi-state medical licenses as requested.
- Passion for preventative medicine
- Familiarity with telemedicine
- Doctoral degree (MD/DO)
- Active and unencumbered Texas medical license.
- Superior interpersonal communication skills
- Servant-leadership mindset
- Minimum of 3 years of Family Medicine or Internal Medicine experience
- Experience with both in-person and virtual primary care.
- Primary care experience
- Residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Experience working with a collaborative team, including supervising APP’s
- Medical licensure in multiple states.
- At least 1 year of telemedicine experience preferred
