Medical Director Opportunity in Ohio
We are seeking a Division Director of Maternal-Fetal Medicine to lead our growing department, shaping the future of maternal-fetal medicine in Northeast Ohio.
Practice Setting:
Full-time employed position at a free-standing academic children's hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of MFM department growth and expansion of services throughout Eastern Ohio.
- Collaboration with a dedicated team of physicians, advanced practice providers, and support staff to provide clinical care.
Facilities and Resources:
State-of-the-art facilities, including modern clinics and resources.
Level III NICU:
Approximately 5000 deliveries per year, providing all MFM support.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday schedule with shared call rotation.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Budgeted responsibilities include 0.2 FTE dedicated to leadership and strategic planning.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive salary based on experience, $20,000 annual Division Director stipend, and potential value-based incentive.

Qualifications:
