A well-established retina practice in the Seattle/Tacoma metro area is seeking a fellowship-trained Vitreoretinal Surgeon to join its highly respected team. This is a true turnkey opportunity with immediate access to a robust, built-in referral network, allowing you to quickly establish a busy surgical retina practice.
Opportunity Highlights
- Be Busy Day One! Current Retina Surgeons are booked out for months due to established referral base from ophthalmologists, optometrists, and regional health systems
- Robust clinical support, including a dedicated scribe, 1-2 PCAs, and ophthalmic technicians
- Option for 4 or 5 Day Work Week with Blocked OR Time
- Autonomy to shape your case mix and clinical volume based on your preferences and long-term goals.
Compensation & Benefits
- Negotiable salary guarantee with production incentives- Earn 650,000 - 900,000 in first year
- Signing bonus, relocation assistance, retention bonus, fellowship stipend, and loan assistance are available
- 1-year partnership track with partners earning 1M annually

Candidate Requirements
MD or DO with completion of U.S.-based Ophthalmology residency and completion of Vitreoretinal fellowship
