We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatrician to join its growing team in Dickinson.
As the only hospital within a 90-mile radius, this respected facility serves a catchment area of approximately 26,000 residents and offers physicians the opportunity to practice meaningful, community-focused medicine in a supportive environment.
Practice Highlights
Schedule & Clinical Structure
- Outpatient/Inpatient Practice
- Monday-Friday schedule with Optional 4x10-hour shifts available
- Average 15 patients per day
- 1 hour of protected administrative time daily
- 1:4 call rotation
Compensation & Financial Package
- Base Salary: $328,304 with production incentives
- Sign-On Bonus: $32,000
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000 (based on receipts)
- Loan Repayment & PSLF Eligible Employer
- Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
- Residents (PGY-2 and above) may access up to $24,000 as an education stipend paid toward qualifying loans during residency
