Practice Setting
- Mix of inpatient and outpatient urology
- General adult urology case mix
- Clinic volume is approximately 20 patients per day
- Rounding on assigned patients, department is 25 beds
Schedule
- Monday through Friday schedule
- 4 clinic days with 1 OR day each week
- 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off rotation
- No call responsibilities
Cases and Procedures
- Laparoscopic urologic surgeries including nephrectomy
- Ureteroscopy, kidney stone management, ureteral stents
- Inpatient consults including CBI consults and hematuria management
- Difficult catheter placements
Requirements
- Must be an MD or DO
- Board Certified in Urology
- Michigan license required, will wait for license with active IMLC LOQ only
- ACLS, BLS, and DEA required
