This role will be filled in our Irving, Texas headquarters or remote U.S. location

How you’ll make an impact:

• Scale Accounts: Drive revenue by expanding specialties within existing client relationships.
• Own the Relationship: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and physicians, leveraging Doximity’s top-tier brand.
• Strategic Sales Pipeline: Navigate a fast-paced healthcare staffing environment where speed to market is everything, being first is the ultimate advantage. 
• Tech-Forward Recruiting: Use our proprietary tools and massive database to outperform the competition.

What We’re Looking For:

• The Experience: 5 years in Sales, Account Management, or Recruiting with a focus on Sales and Account Management.
• The "Hunter" Mentality: An unstoppable work ethic and a track record of exceeding KPIs.
• Communication: Sharp verbal and written skills; ability to influence diverse personalities using a consultative approach.
• Problem Solver: Calm under pressure with strong conflict-resolution skills, you’re there when your clients need you most.

Compensation

The US total compensation range for this full-time position is inclusive of salary commissions. Our ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, experience, and education/training.
