Join an established, independent, physician-led orthopaedic group with a practice-owned ASC and immediate surgical volume.
Position Highlights
- 100% Hand & Upper Extremity Focus: 100% specialized case mix (~550 annual cases) with immediate surgical volume and built-in referrals

Schedule & Facilities:
- Schedule: 2-3 clinic days (~30-35 patients/day) & 2-2.5 OR days per week
- On-Site Resources: Practice-owned ASC (90% of cases), PT, walk-in ortho clinic, and imaging
- Call: ~1:5 weekend call (trauma covered 20 days/month by surgicalists); call decreases after partnership

Compensation & Partnership Track:
- Pre-Partner Earning: $500,000 realistic earning potential via collections-based productivity model
- Partner Earning: $800,000 - $1,000,000 annually with a partnership track and equity options in practice, ASC, and real estate
Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery
- Fellowship-trained in Hand & Upper Extremity Surgery
