Job Summary:
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) plays a critical leadership role, supporting the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day business operations, ensuring operational excellence, team development, financial performance, and customer satisfaction. The AGM collaborates closely with department heads to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and implement strategic initiatives to support company growth. This position requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of event rental operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management:
- Oversee daily business operations, ensuring all departments function efficiently.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to improve productivity.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop strategies for operational improvement.
- Coordinate with warehouse, sales, logistics, and customer service teams to optimize workflow.
- Financial and Budgetary Management:
- Assist in budget planning and financial forecasting.
- Track revenue, expenses, and profit margins to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure financial goals align with company objectives.
- Staff Leadership and Development:
- Assist in hiring, training, and performance management of department managers and staff.

Qualifications:
