Concrete Fabricator / Artisan Craftsman
Curated Concrete is a small but rapidly growing company specializing in custom concrete countertops, sinks, furniture, and architectural art pieces. We create one-of-a-kind products for homeowners, designers, architects, and builders across the country.
This is an opportunity to learn a unique artisan trade and work with a product that continues to grow in popularity. While prior experience is always a plus, we are willing to train the right candidate in all aspects of our fabrication process.

Position Type
- Full-Time preferred (Part-Time considered)
- Monday–Friday
- Optional weekend hours available for those who want additional hours

Qualifications
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable and accountable; our small team depends on each other
- Experience with concrete fabrication is helpful but not required
- Experience with stone countertop fabrication is a plus
- Experience using basic woodworking tools
- Experience using grinders, polishers, and other fabrication tools is preferred
- Welding experience is a major plus
- Furniture-making, carpentry, or woodworking skills are a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with team members, suppliers, and clients
- Ability to read basic plans, drawings, and take accurate measurements
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs safely using proper equipment and techniques
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to provide 3 professional references
- Stable work history is preferred
Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Building molds and forms for custom projects
- Mixing and casting GFRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete)
- Polishing, finishing, and detailing concrete products
- Building shipping crates and assisting with logistics
- Performing quality control inspections to ensure products meet company standards
- Following work orders and fabrication procedures with minimal supervision
- Working closely with team members to complete projects efficiently and professionally
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Accurately tracking job time and production activities
- Assisting with shop maintenance, organization, inventory management, and general upkeep
- Helping with deliveries, installations, and other shop projects as needed
- Following all safety procedures to protect yourself, your team, clients, and company property
