Marketing Operations Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Marketing Operations Specialist to support a Women’s Health focused marketing team. This role is responsible for managing the execution of omnichannel marketing campaigns that support member education, engagement, and benefits utilization. This is an operations-heavy execution role, not a creative or strategy position. The ideal candidate excels at translating strategy into actionable workflows, managing cross-functional deliverables, and ensuring smooth campaign delivery within a regulated industry.
What You’ll Do
- Execute omnichannel marketing campaigns, including email, SMS, direct mail, RCS, and landing pages
- Translate high-level strategy into structured execution plans, timelines, and workflows
- Manage creative assets, routing, and approvals across internal teams
- Own QA reviews and data validation prior to deployment to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Work closely with strategy, marketing automation, creative, and compliance partners
- Support documentation, process optimization, and operations tasks as needed
Ideal Background
- ~5 years of experience in marketing operations or campaign project management
- Experience in integrated marketing, either agency or in-house
- Healthcare experience is a plus but not required, interest in mission-driven, compliance-heavy work is important
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar)
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with campaign performance data
- Experience working within process-driven or regulated environments is highly valued
